Can I share a travel secret with you? Kurta/Tunics are the perfect travel companion!
This summer I was fortunate enough to travel overseas for a month, to the lovely city of Paris where I embarked on museum tours, fashion shows, and strolls along the romantic Seine River. The summer in Paris varied between rainy and humid, and while I had packed a variety of clothes in anticipation, I got to admit that nothing served me better than my collection of kurtas from In-Sattva. Varying between lightweight and casual to dramatic and formal, they were the perfect fit in my suitcase.
From the Louvre to the Eiffel Tower, these tunics went with me everywhere as the perfect transition piece from rain to shine. My favorite piece was the Akkriti Women’s Kurta Tunic with front buttons and printed border was perfect to wear around the city during the day and then out to dinner at night.
Overall, I enjoyed my trip to France with a nice group of friends and the beautiful travel companion pieces in my suitcase!
